Acts 1:6-8 New International Version (NIV)
Then they gathered around him and asked him, “Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?” He said to them: “It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

So, when they had come together, they began asking Him, saying, “Lord, is it at this time that You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?” But He said to them, “It is not for you to know periods of time or appointed times which the Father has set by His own authority; but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem and in all Judea, and Samaria, and as far as the remotest part of the earth.”

If you would like to give to our Deacons’ Fund to help out needy families, please use an offering envelope and clearly mark it “Deacons’ Fund”. If you would like credit for tax purposes, please include your name on the envelope.
Every small gift given in love adds up and blesses others!
Be a blessing to the youth of this world…
Everyone needs encouragement, sometimes more often than others. The youth of today have so many trials and challenges they need all the help they can get. Pay attention to our youth. Let them know you think of them. Listen to them. Encourage them with the Spirit of Christ.
Pray for their walk with Jesus: that they desire to know Him
and follow Him more than anything else.
Pray for their protection from the enemy and temptations.
Pray for their desire to do their best in school
and for the strength to stand strong for God.
They are our future and for their best future,
They must do what we can to help them be grounded in God!
